Due to the perishable nature of our products, Rawsa Desserts does not accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to immediately store the cakes in a freezer to maintain their quality. Rawsa Desserts cannot be held liable for any loss of quality if the cakes are not properly stored upon receipt.
